Several years back (2005) I was able to be part of the organization of the first Leadership program for the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.(NETAR) It was a huge hit and has florished since then. NETAR has continued on with the highly succesful program and turned out some incredible leaders in our association. NETAR is having their awards breakfast this coming Thursday and is highlighting the program which is now so popular. They are getting ready to kick off their 2012 season of leadership.
