Summary: This is a very negative report in almost every way. While this is a small snapshot since it is only one month it should be taken with some grain of salt but it is strongly indicative of continued slowing in the market place. What does this mean to you? If you want to sell your home you had better price it very aggressively and be ready to wait a while. When deciding whether to accept an offer or to reduce your asking price take into consideration how much of your payment on the home is and how much of that is interest. The interest you pay every month is lost money and a price reduction or acceptance of a lower offer may really save you money in the long run.
