Life is a Ride!!!

As 2008 comes to a close, I look back at all our company successes.

A better sales year than 2007. Yes, I said more sales in 2008. Someone please tell the news media that some markets are still relatively good. Maybe because we are so rural, it takes longer for word to get to us here in West Tn. RE/MAX Unlimited is the top selling company in our county.

My team was voted the "2008 Readers Choice Award Winners" as best real estate company. What an honor!!!

As far as team members, there are 6 of us. In sales volume in our market, here are the rankings according to the MLS. The number 1, 2, 8, 11, 22, & 25 spots in sales volume are held by our team.

Kathy Fisher wins the top producer award for 2008. Kathy completed her E-PRO certification and has reaped the rewards.

Jamie Perkins with another impressive year. Ranking in the top 10 in the county in sales. Look for Jamie in the top 5 in 2009. Probably would have made it this year, but had a terrible accident (broke his neck in car accident) and had to spend months in recovery.

Janice Johnson is our rock. Always consistent in sales. Ranks in the top percentile. So many talents. A true joy to be around. Watch out for Janice....she could take over the number 1 slot in 2009.

Two new members joined our team. And guess what....since their start in August, they have more than doubled their sales volume from previous year in 5 short months. What do you think 2009 holds in store for them?? Oh, yeah, they have a plan and really aggressive goals. The real estate world better get ready for these two RE/MAX newbies; Nick Mays and Monica Downs.

A wonderful office manager, Andrea Goolsby, keeps us all on the same page and in the right place at the right time.

We have strived to be community leaders, supporting our Schools, Chamber, and numerous charities.

Our team serves on numerous Board of Realtor committees, CASA Advocates, Relay for Life Team Leader, and other civic and community organizations.

A well balanced, well rounded team. We will continue to learn, grow, and provide superior customer service. Our business plan for 2009, to EXCEL !

Yes, life is a ride. We have learned the important thing about choosing a path in life....it isn't about where you are going, but who you bring along.
