1) Remove your clutter (read magazines, papers etc.) and any collections. Clean out your drawers!
2) Clean everything including your windows!
3) Make sure your front door hardware is bright and shiny and polished.
4) Paint your mailbox if it's in good condition or if it's not, buy a new one. And most importantly, make sure your numbers are bright and shiny too!
5) Trim your landscaping so that windows and doors are unobstructed. Mulch around your landscaping with fresh mulch so that your lawn and alndscaping loooks manicured and taken-care of.
6) Fresh paint indoors and out is always preferable.
