Soddy Daisy is one of the faster growing areas of Hamilton county, Tennessee. In spite of this, there have never been many condo and/or townhome developments.
To date only 116 condos and townhomes have sold in the Soddy Daisy area, according to MLS records. All of those sales centered around five developments -- Lenox Trace, Jackson Square, Stonewall Farms, Sedman Hills and Timber Ridge.
So when I saw the sign for the Cape Townhomes development, I though it would be worth noting in my blog.
This development looks like it is going to have a pretty decent view of Soddy Lake. (It is going to be on the hill where that motel was. I have to confess I can't remember the name.)
According to marketing materials it will have just under forty units. All units are planned as three bedroom, two bath dwellings. The difference being, the vast majority are to have one car garages. Only three units will offer two car garages.
Expect prices to be right at $200,000.
I'll try to follow up with some photos later. As I write this post, I am remembering that I don't have my camera to upload any of the pictures I took. Sorry.
