The Hixson and Soddy Daisy market of homes for sale tightened a a lot last week. Homes under contract decreased by a couple. Buyers are likely to find a smaller selection this week over last.

The number of foreclosures for sale also shrank. While the number of foreclosures under contract went up again for the second week. This leaves foreclosure shoppers with a smaller selection.
