The average list price of the Addison properties above was $252,108. The list price to sales price ratio averaged 95%.

The CDOM (cumulative days on the market) is skewed by the 2 new construction townhomes. The builder’s representatives do not add the listing into MLS until right before closing unless it's a spec home. The foreclosure at the other end of the CDOM spectrum was also highly unusual for an Addison property.

Addison remains a desirable place to live. In addition to the 12 sold properties above, there are another 6 that are pending. Three of these are new construction townhomes at Asbury Circle.
