Since July 1, 2008, there have been 3 sales in the complex, with $90.80 being the average price per sq. ft. (down from $94.40 for the previous 6 month period). Units sold from a low of $58,000 to a high of $103,000. Higher priced sales typically reflect larger units and those that have been updated.
The highest sale was at $95.72 per sq ft (down from $99.18 for the previous 6 months).
