The market is strong this year despite the decline in other states. Amarillo seems to be protected in a "bubble". If you are wanting to buy or sell now is the time. Don't always believe what you see or hear on TV. I deal with the market everyday. We are definately not included in the "National Average" the national news is always talking about.
