Which Wich? the home of 51 sandwiches opened last week in Atascocita. Great concept!

1. You walk in and select your sandwich bag from a display on the wall. The sandwich bag choices are Wicked, Turkey, Ham & Pork, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian, Italian, Comforts, Classics & Breakfast. (With separate bags for Cookies and Shakes).

2. Using a red marker, you proceed to indicate the details of your sandwich. For example if you selected the Turkey bag, you now choose from: Turkey, Turkey Reuben, Thank You Turkey, Turkey Wich or Turkey Pastrami. Then you select bread (white or wheat) and cheese (none, American, Swiss, Cheddar, Provolone, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella or Cheez Whiz)

3. Using that same red marker, you continue to individualize your sandwich with your toppings. Mustards, mayos, spreads & sauces, onions, veggies, oil & spices.

4. Finish by writing any special instructions and Your Name.

That bag will go down the line of Which Wich? and your sandwich will be completed based on your choices. Most sandwiches are $5.10 (with the Wicked being more and the Kids being less). You can add extra meat and/or cheese for an extra buck or two. And of course, you can add chip or a cookie and a drink to make a meal for a couple bucks too.

The sandwiches are yummy. They have some interesting combos. The Thank You Turkey is turkey, dressing & cranberry. The Elvis Wich is peanut butter, honey & banana. The Hula is ham and pineapple. You get the idea. You'll enjoy creating your masterpiece.
