Downtown Austin - another new tower planned

At 301 Brazos (corner of Brazos and 3rd Street), there is an innovative new tower planned, called 21C Austin Museum Hotel and Residences. The developer already has a tower in Louisville, Kentucky which is built around a similar concept. The Austin tower will include 212 residences, 12 artist lofts, and 209 guest rooms.
