The Sabine Condos Go to Auction in Downtown Austin

There will be 27 units at the Sabine Condos in Austin offererd at auction (retail auction) at the end of February. Starting bids are well below the last marketed list prices and there is an unknown reserve. There will be a mock auction for those who want to practice their bidding.
