The Austin American Statesman ran a thoughtful piece on the Mueller Development last weekend. Entitled “Ambitious vision for developing former airport is coming to life“, it does a good job of capturing some of the major achievements of our development.
It touches on social successes:
“From the mandatory front porches and close proximity of the houses to the amount of public open space, Mueller is designed to bring people together. It appears to be working.
Mueller’s first residents moved in a little more than a year ago, but already supper clubs, book clubs, sports groups and babysitting co-ops have formed”
and shares opinions from enthusiastic residents.
