It looks like Pre-Sales will start this weekend on New Homes in a $64 Million Home development in Southwest Austin. On 40 ares around Old Bee Caves Road. Prices will range for Townhomes from $240,000 to $311,000 1200sf to 2200sf. Prices for Residential homes will start at $315,000 to $365,000 2100sf to 2900sf.
This subdivision will be close to both Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Austin Community College (ACC)

I love pre-construction sites. The best time to buy a home around here is any time before the builder gets his model open. Prices AND SALES go up as soon as that decorated model opens.
BTW, I don't get much in the way of points. Most of my blogs are for Localism.com. What they DO get for me is Google back links. Better.
If I had my Rather's I'd be selling new homes all day long.
