The Spicewood on Bull Creek area is conveniently located in NW Austin, just south of Anderson Mill Rd., and west of Hwy 183.

Children who live in the very desirable Spicewood on Bull Creek community enjoy a quality education from the highly acclaimed Round Rock Independent School District and attend Spicewood Elementary, Canyon Vista Middle School and Westwood High School.

Residents enjoy single family homes on spacious lots ranging from the high $300's to the high $700's. The gently rolling terrain and hills characterize the landscape. It is a short commute to shopping and dining opportunities and to excellent employment opportunities. Located only 18 miles from downtown Austin, you are able to easily all that Austin has to offer.

Inventory in Spicewood on Bull Creek is currently down to only 2 active homes on the market and one additional home under contract. In October 2010 there were 4 homes that sold, however, in 2011 only one property sold. The days on market were down 9.78% in 2011 and the sold price was up 12.41%.

In September buyers sat on the fence and contemplated the stock market roller coaster and interest rates to see if they'd drop further. October sales were down as well as the inventory.
