First Friday In Bryan Texas

Last night was another successful First FridayEvent in historic downtown Bryan, Texas. My wife and I usually make the theme based events and catch a good dinner at the same time. We started at Casa Rodriquez for dinner and Mariachi music and as usual got so full on chips and salsa that we were almost to full to eat the main course. But the good thing about First Friday celebrations is you can then walk it off in the downtown area enjoying all the shops that stay open . The theme this week was ART STEP and they had little colorful foot prints glued to the sidewalks wherever a vendor or shop was open. Also they had a small farmers market set up were you could buy local produce and related home goods. Each month I believe this event gets better and better. If you have never attended make a date for the next First Friday!
