Are you addicted to your computer/smartphone?

and it made me think about what we all did before social networking and what we would do if we couldn't twitter, facebook, myspace and of course activerain. And are our lives better for it?

And what would be the detox if it turns out that we are all just a bunch of hardware electronic addicts?

Never touch a keyboard of any size with a send or enter key on it!!!

I don't know about you put I think I'm going to put a lock on my enter key LOL
