Brand New in Carrollton, Texas... Townhouses from the 180's...

The Secret... is starting to get out. A Brand New townhouse neighborhood is open... and sales are starting to bubble along.

This great Carrollton neighborhood features thirteen different floor plans. Each building has NO MORE than three homes per building. They are Fabulous.

Square footage starts in the 1500 square foot range... all the way up to 2246 square feet for the largest model. Pricing begins in the 180's... up to the $220,000's.

The amenity package includes so many typically custom features... you may actually not need to add anything... just move right in.

All homes feature two car rear-entry garages. Each building has only three homes... which obviously means two end units... and one interior unit. Many feature covered front porches... and some homes have second floor balconies with wrought-iron railings.

Some have master bedrooms on the first floor... and some have them upstairs. Half of the homes are two bedrooms with two-and-one-half baths... the rest are three bedrooms with two-and-one-half baths.

Of the thirteen models, six have gamerooms... one has a loft... and three have a separate study.

If you are tired of apartment living... and want to take advantage of your Uncle Sam and Aunt Samantha's $8,000 Tax Credit... you need to get up... and get moving before the tax credit expires. Please call Karen Anne Stone at (972) 951-4350 today... for your very own personal tour of these great townhomes.

Karen Anne:  Those townhouses are much prettier than the standard Nothern Virginia fare.  To me, they look exotic.  And I love that there are no more than three to a row.

Those town homes look terrific -- all the best with finding buyers for them.

karen Anne- i agree. What great looking townhomes. I love the design. Gee if only we were so lucky to have them here and those prices too!! LOL.
