Paradiso Villas in Cedar Park, TX

I usually am not impressed by condos or townhomes but when I took a client out to Paradiso Villas, I was pleasantly surprised. The homes are non-attached so there are no common walls between units. The developer designed some killer floorplans with 3 to 4 bedrooms, one or two story plans, game rooms in some, granite countertops, large bathrooms, great flooring and much more that fits into a tidy package.

Many of the units overlook greenbelts and hiking trails which makes privacy and scenery a plus. The Paradiso Villas are very conveniently located off Parmer, tucked between Brushy Creek, Sam Bass Road and Wyoming Springs and 620. It is easily accessible to all these roads and the conveniences that come with it.
