Best Place to Live??? Why Would They Choose Some Place Else?

Realtor 100 Years in College StationThe Daily Real Estate News had a list of the 2008 Best Cities for Recent College Grads. I know jobs and housing are important but when you factor in a quality of life I think they missed the mark.

Can you think of a better place to live than Bryan/College Station if you are between 20 & 25? Think of all the FUN available! We have all the activities at Texas A&M including baseball, basketball, football, traditions and much more. We have the Starlight Music Series, Opas, Carnegie Library.... We have great weather, are only a couple hours from Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas & Fort Worth....

Then factor in the cost of housing here! WOW!!! We have the BEST real estate market possible. They talk about renting a one bedroom apartment - here you can BUY something and actually be a homeowner instead!

Thinking about the quality of life... you can't be Bryan/College Station!

Below is their list.... What are your thoughts?
