In order to provide excellent service in a Real Estate transaction it is vital that attention is placed to each step of the process and for this reason S&W Home Team have clear and defined responsibilities for each team member. Whether you are buying, selling or building you can rest assured we have all areas covered. Jeff's primary responsibility is to work with our sellers, Aundrea is a buyer specialist and Lisa is responsible for all the back-end logistics that is required to get your home closed on time and seamlessly. Although there is always some overlap in responsibility as there is with any team, we know our roles and you can trust that as a client you will always have someone giving you the attention and information that you need and deserve.

Aundrea Whalen moved to Dallas from Tennessee in 1990 to help in her father's Real Estate Business. Growing up in Real Estate has clearly given Aundrea an understanding of what it takes to excel and exceed client's expectations. Aundrea prides herself in building her Real Estate career on referrals. "I dedicate 100% of my time and energy delivering first class service. My objective is not only to help clients buy or sell a home, but to build a strong lasting lifetime relationship. My desire is for my clients to be so satisfied with my services that they feel compelled to refer friends and family to me not by obligation, but because they truly believe they will benefit." Lisa Baker, Office Manager Lisa started her real estate career in 1980 in the real estate division of International Paper Company in New York City. Upon moving to Texas in 1982, she joined the relocation field and spent the next 17 years as a relocation consultant with several national relocation companies. Counseling transferring employees and marketing inventory resale properties on both a local and national level, Lisa has tackled many diverse real estate markets.
