Heading towards the holidays, buyers are still shopping for homes to call their own before the year is out! Although there are not as many lookers right now, there are still those needing to move, so I encourage you if your home is on the market...and you still haven't received an offer, don't give up!! I actually get MORE hits on my RE/MAX lead system during the holidays than any other time. Why, you ask?? People take off work during the holidays, and they DO begin their search process a few months in advance of their actual move. So, keep your listing "out there" to be viewed!!
Now, on to the COLES CROSSING SOLDS for the month of NOVEMBER 2010!
SEVEN homes closed during the month of November with prices ranging from $170,000 for a foreclosure up to $338,000. All types of financing were represented in these seven transactions including: Owner finance, FHA, VA, CONV, and CASH. Average price per sq. ft. (excluding the foreclosure) was a healthy $87.29, and the average days on the market was 71.
