Lakewoodstock: Come Join the Fun on May 17, 2009

You may have been too young to roll around in the mud at Max Yasgur's 600 acre farm back in 1969, but don't miss a chance to enjoy what promises to be a much more tame and family oriented event. Next Sunday join in for a great day of family fun and entertainment in the Lakewood area of East Dallas, as Lakewoodstock takes place on May 17, 2009 from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

The event will take place at the Lakewood Village Shopping Center, and promises to be fun for the whole family with live musical performances on several stages located around the outdoor shopping center.

The event is being organized with the sponsorship of over 35 local businesses and neighborhood associations.
