Dallas Neighborhood Market Update

This chart summarizes the number of sales in Bluffview, Lakewood, M Streets, North Dallas, North Oak Cliff, Preston Hollow, Uptown, Highland Park, Richardson, and University Park neighborhoods in the Dallas area.

Highland Park has the highest median listed for sale price at $1,295,000, while University Park comes in second with a listed for sale price of $799,500, and Lakewood third with a median list price of $539,990. Richardson has the lowest median for sale price at $159,900.

North Oak Cliff has the highest percentage of foreclosures with 11.45% or 28 homes in the neighborhood. Preston Hollow comes in second with a 9.99% foreclosure rate or 37 homes in the neighborhood. Highland Park has the lowest foreclosure rate at 1.43%.

Preston Hollow had the greatest number of sales in the last 12 months with 1,157 sold. Richardson was second with 1,119 and North Dallas third with 949 homes sold. Lakewood had the fewest homes sold in the last 12 months with only 217 sales.
