This is a new (to me) home builder. I was curious about the quality of a new builder and with the name GREEN ECO, it screams high efficency. At first glance, I noticed the quality of the construction. From the low e windows, the high efficency Carrier brand 14 seer air conditioner, R-38 blown insulation, and the TechShield heat radiant barrier roof decking, I was certain this was going to be a top builder in the area. Unlike some homebuilders, they use the better quality 30 year architectural shingles. I have become a big fan of GREEN ECO Homabuilders !
