Dripping Springs is a city about 30 minutes west of Austin. The Dripping Springs area, which includes a large area around the actual city limits, is quite large. Once very rural, the Dripping Springs area has exploded with growth over the last 10 years and it contains many very nice neighborhoods. Some are master-planned communities and some feel very rural.
