One of my favorite places to show new homes is in Fate, Texas. This is a growing community a bit past Rockwall that has a couple of new subdivisions. My favorite subdivision is Woodcreek. Woodcreek has 5 different builders building in the subdivision from the $140s to the $190's!

MEDIAN SALES PRICE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION

The Median Sales Price from September 9 to October 10, 2011 for New Construction is $172,400.

The Median Sales Price for September 9 to October 10, 2011 for Resale Homes is $148,150.

Prices ranged from the High of $163,500 to the Medium of $155,100 on Resale Homes.

My favorite builder is

They are a Green Built Builder
