Flower Mound's Lakeside Business District was recently featured in the Dallas Business Journal, which noted the rapid growth of the 226-acre business park. The article made mention of the 85 acre, 1.8 million square feet of business space which is being developed by Seefried Properties and Cousins Properties. The two companies recently announced that Home Depot Supply signed a lease for almost half of the space in the first 750,000-square-foot building, and several developers have expressed interest in purchasing the remaining land in the district. In addition to the Lakeside Business District's booming development, the Dallas Business Journal noted other properties under development in Flower Mound including Cornerstone Park, Lakeside Commerce Center, and the 11-acre Gemmy Corporation project.
