As a buyer agent the buyers want to know how much to discount off the asking price to really have a good shot at getting the house. It seems in the world of ours "discounting" is the norm. I see people being discounted by being older than you, less smart than you, not as well off as you, not your type, younger than you, just flat out different than you. I think I learned this life lesson a long time ago to NEVER DISCOUNT ANYONE for who they are!! Why?

Cause there's a lot more on the inside than meets the eye on the outside. We can learn from WHO? EVERYONE!! Everyone carries pain. Everyone carries a story on a path so unique to themselves it is like a fingerprint. With people you don't discount them. If you do, you are arrogant and of poor character in my opinion. Who says YOU are better than anyone else? Trust me, you're not. Tune into ALL people. Embrace them. Listen, listen, listen.

This is the way you learn. BTW, we ALL have a lot to learn. It is just the way the world works. LEARN FROM EVERYONE!!!!
