How to Find the Time to List Your Home

Finding the time to list a home can be quite difficult. I have most recently taken 2 listings where they were not quite ready with the painting and yard work and the normal neccessities. This is all right in most cases. I have personal experience in this area as I have most recently sold our home that we reside in. It is a daunting to say the least. And trying to get the wife involved was half the battle.

Some tricks that I found is this: Set a Plan for each member of the household.

Stick to the Plan

Go to Home Depot Together

Then spend 3 days a week after work setting yourself up to get things done in a timely fashion.
