Anyone up for a Hoe-Down?

NEW EVENT to Highland Villge... the Daddy/Daughter Hoe-Down

Fathers and their daughters are invited to put on their favorite country western attire Friday, October 5, 2007 and join us for an evening featuring dinner, a flower and dancing.
Celebrations from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Tickets are on sale now through the Parks and Recreation Department, call 972-317-7430 for more information.
Tickets are $18 per person for residents and $21 per person for non-residents.

and in FLOWER MOUND.... the 5th Annual Mother/Son Hoe Down

Mothers and their sons, ages 4 - 12, are invited to dress in their favorite country and western attire for a fun-filled evening of music, food, games, hayrides, inflatable rides, door prizes, dancing, and a mechanical bull. This year's event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on October 6 at Austin Ranch, 2009 Anderson Gibson Road, in Grapevine. The fee is $60 per couple and $20 for each additional son. Photographers will be on-site to take western photos for an additional charge. The registration deadline is September 29. For more information and to register, call 972.874.6276.
