Who doesn't LOVE football season? When it comes to Saturday game day, I hate if I have to work and miss my team play. Although I hate to admit this year they just don't seem to have it all together. It is still early, and I'm certain things will turn around, but I'm not the betting kind... just not that lucky! I am also NOT a fair weather fan - I love my Alma Mater... WAR EAGLE!!!
So for those of you who like to show your stuff... Flower Mound Parks and Recreation Division is hosting a local NFL/Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick contest Saturday Oct 6 from 10am to 12pm at Gerault Soccer Field (1200 Gerault Rd).
It's FREE and open to boys and girls ages 8-15. Please bring birth certificate to verify age. No football shoes, cleats or turf shoes will be permitted-only soft soled shoes are allowed.
