Some phrases to pop out of your mouth during stressful times, "I'll take care of that", "I'll handle that", "Don't worry about that", "It's in my hands", "I'll deal with that." Admittedly we can't fix every problem or make smooth all the waves on the high seas but we will give it our best effort even if in the end a deal craters and you move on to "fight again another day" on the next BETTER DEAL with an attitude it wasn't meant to be and something BETTER lies ahead.

Staying calm amongst emotional if not sometimes warring parties is the job of a GREAT REALTOR. It is your best chance for moving something to closing. Think vacation time with this attitude. YOU be the relaxing influence on everyone. Sometimes it doesn't SEEM like a vacation in the middle of the mess, but a calm and relaxed attitude toward dealing with everything that comes up lowers tensions all around.
