Do you know you can only motivate yourself?

People can learn principles but the drive to execute a new idea is up to the individual.

I see all sorts of training courses binders on people's shelves and do wonder whether it is incorporated into their memory banks as CHANGE in their lives or not? Maybe just three ring binders to end up in the dumpster some day or not.

The key in motivation is desire and WANTING to have the knowledge being applied and allowing you to climb to the next level.

No one will PUSH you up. You have to climb with the will to ascend.
