House with a Pool, Fort Worth, TX 76137

Today I showed my brokerage listing located at 5521 Seabury Drive in N. Fort Worth and it went great. The only problem is the listing agent in my firm did receive another offer today and they are in the process of a negotiation. This is a win-win for me because the family I showed today actually placed my firm's listing 2nd behind another property we viewed which needs little to no work and possibly even 3rd behind another property we viewed that needs a lot of work. Either way, they say they could be happy whether they get the one in little need with a higher price tag or the one in need which is reflected in the price. The most wonderful part of the day is they are realistic and ready to buy NOW.

The reason for my blog post today, though, is to say if you know of someone about to put their home on the market for sale in 76137 area of Fort Worth that is about 2,500 square feet or larger with an inground gunite pool, please have them call me yesterday. I'd like to show it today. Thanks!
