3:16 team REALTY gets ready to celebrate the Christmas and Holiday Season 2012

It's Thanksgiving Week - our best celebration time of the year. For the first time in our 8-year real estate history, we are officially throwing a Client Appreciation party with a Christmas theme.

Meet the Santa Christmas Party

We are inviting Santa to meet clients, families and children of 3:16 team REALTY. It will be a Come-and-Go party with a Story Telling time in the middle of all this. We celebrate Christmas as a family and we want to extend this celebration to the rest of our clients. We invited clients of all races, ethinicity and diversity. You don't have to be a Christian to take photos with Santa. We can't wait for our party to begin. We are sure families will appreciate this, as standing in line at the malls for hours on end doesnt sound like fun. We do this earlier in the Season so families can take these photos to turn into Christmas Holiday Season greeting cards.

21st Merry Main Street Frisco TX

The following weekend, Saturday December 3rd 2011 - from 5 - 9pm, 3:16 team REALTY is sponsoring Photos with Santa at City of Frisco's Merry Main Street. It will be its 21st annual celebration. 3:16 team REALTY is sponsoring this event for the 2nd time in a row. Merry Main Street Photos with Santa takes center stage of the event. It's always a joy to give back to the community that had given us so much opportunities to serve. We hope for good weather. Merry Main Street expects over 15,000 people in the event and 3:16 team REALTY took about 300 photos for families last year. We anticipate for the number to be higher this year. Come early!

Frosty 5K & Merry Mile

Here's another corporate sponsorship by 3:16 team REALTY of Frosty 5K & Merry Mile. Approximately 1,800 participants will take part in this Holiday event on Saturday December 10th 2011 8:00am. The event will begin with the Merry Mile at 8am and approximately 8:30am, the Frosty 5K will begin.

3:16 team REALTY is one of the corporate event sponsors. In addition, 3:16 team REALTY will sponsor a team of runners consisting of family, cheerleaders and clients. We usually set up a table of breakfast and goodies for participants.

Registration begins at 7am.
