No Shopping on Black Friday Over Here

After spending 3 days getting ready for our Thanksgiving today and Christmas party this Saturday, I'm tired of all the running around. I finally have time to sit around on Thanksgiving Day after Christmas decorating, 2 trees, a 12-3pm Thanksgiving meal, followed by 2 hours of cleaning. Nope, no shopping and certainly no Black Friday shopping over here for the Yeo household.

Christmas is big around here. But I refuse to participate in the big hoo haa of gift-giving and the thought of standing in line for a few hours prior to store openings sound like too much work for me.

I refuse to let the Christmas and holiday season to be a spending spree. I just want some quiet rest when I can find it.

Chirstmas and the holiday season is (for me) to finally wind down from all the hussle and bustle of the year - that has been. Plus I've done my fair share of shopping anyways. Now, it's just some relaxing time of hanging out with my family after all.

I hope you had a fancy feast, no matter what you ate. It's time to relax now.
