It's been 3 quiet days over Thanksgiving here in Frisco TX. I can tell because the traffic of listing 7478 St. Stephens Square at Queens Gate I just put on the market on Tuesday has been SLOW.

I listed it on Tuesday at 9am and by 12pm, it was shown to the 1st buyer. But nohing since then.

Having listings come up during Thanksgiving Week has always been "hit" or "miss". You never know how the market will react. Let's just hope after the day for travelling on Wednesday, Thanksgiving Thursday and Black Friday will finally give way back to productive showing days on Saturday and Sunday - after the Frisco TX home buyers have the opportunity to eat, watch football, hang out with family and friends and head back to a sense of "normality" tomorrow and Sunday.
