The Club of the Isle condos are, in our opinion, a great buy. The reasons are :
1. great prices
2. It is a true resort with Spa
3. Putt- putt Golf
4. high rental income ($2000/mo for 1 bedroom, $2800 for 2 bedrooms)
5. quality finishes
We have sold 4 units there and each buyer is more than satisfied with their purchase! Don't miss this chance to own at a nice new Galveston condo complex. Prices range from $110,000 to $300,000 with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom plans...

Galveston is such a great area. I use to take my children to Galveston for the day to sun and play in the sand and surf. One time a friend and I decided to take my two kids and two of their friends to the beach for the day. We had a day off from work. We get to the beach, get an umbrella and a spot where we figured we could certainly see and be seen. We got the kids settled with floats, etc. and we had a good spot where we could keep an eye on them as well. As we are sitting and getting some sun, we notice some men coming up and settling in as well. No women but men. We thought alright - no competition! Well, the longer we sat there and the more men that kept showing up we figured it out! We were on the gay beach! So we realized that it wouldn't really matter how early we got there - no one was going to notice us! We had a fun day as everyone around us was very friendly and we actually had some friends in common. But we still laugh about that day many, many years later!
Galveston has a tremendous amount of history. Jean LaF auctioned slaves there. I believe that is right. I know that slaves were brought into Galveston and sold. It is a wonderful place. I haven't been there in years but I have such fond memories.
I have to have more information about these condos.
i am glad you wrote... I hope I have answered all your questions and I look forward to working with you!
Hmmm . . . not a very positive post from Jay. Have you sold and Palisade Palms condos? What do you think of that project?

On September 2nd, 2008, this place is being foreclosed on.
Yes... I just saw the article... it may be good for future buyers. And it may not. The developer says they will not foreclose. So we shall have to wait and see. In an up note... I just bought a unit across the street for 37k.... a 2/1 and they are now selling for 60k and it appraised for 92k.
