In general homes are selling at 98% of list price, which has been consistent for more than 6 months.
Numbers can vary from month to month, depending on what homes have been selling, and so it is best to look at trends rather than focus on information during a particular month to better understand the Highland Village real estate market.
Also, remember that median prices reflect homes that went under contract (sold) in the last 2-3 months, which means a lag in the data. Finally, marketing times are based on the current listing contract and not a prior contract that may have expired (i.e., actual marketing times might be longer, on average).
