When clients come in to meet with agents they can get pre-approved, receive a good faith estimate, and have all of their finance questions answered all at the same time. That is part of what we mean when we offer agents and clients "100% service". Our agents who have worked with him can attest to his up to date knowledge of the mortgage market, helpful attitude, and ability to get deals CLOSED. He is also a lending provider for both the Houston city and Harris county down payment assistance programs. These programs offer eligible buyers up to $14,500 or more in free down payment money. When it comes to conventional and FHA financing he offers extremely competitive rates to save your client money. More than that he will give your client peace of mind by handling every loan in the most professional and caring way possible.
Our fee structure is simple. We have a $95 monthly office fee, $199 one-time registration fee, $130 transaction fee per residential sale, and $45 transaction fee per residential lease. There are NO extra fees for E&O. That's it, no hidden charges, no miscellaneous fees, no surprises. You keep the rest, and we have table funding. That means you can get paid AT the closing table. No need to wait for us to cut you a check.
