Putt-Putt at Lake Charles Amusement Park is lots of fun. Putt-putt is one of my favorite pastimes, and this day we took a road trip which included two putt-putts and a garden. The Lake Charles Amusement Park has 2 18 hole courses. There are a couple of holes where if you get a hole-in-one you can get coupons for restaurants. Theholes are both decorated very well with big animals, like an elephant, gorilla, lion, rhinocerous and giraffe, not to mention the pelican on the roof of the gazebo.
This shows several holes. It was a gorgeous day and not too hot either.
This hole was really cute. It had a mini cave with a giraffe on top. The hole was dedicated to one of the previous owners of the putt-putt course.
This type of hole is really hard. The hole is on a raised platform, but unless you hit it just right, it can take many many shots to get it in the hole. Cute pink elephant and banana plants on right.
These are some really nice landscaping here. I love that shade of purple.
The Lake Charles Amusement Park is located at 630 Petro Point Drive, Lake Charles, LA 70607. Their phone number is 337-480-1954. Hope you have fun if you go.
On the way to the putt-putt course I begged my husband to pull over so I could take a picture of the giant crawfish. I told him "You know you are in Louisiana when you see a 20' tall crawfish."
Even the banks in Lousiana look like plantations.
All-in-all, it was a great day.
When you need to buy, build or sell in the Houston or Tomball, Texas area call me, I can help.
