In speaking with the coaching groups over the last couple of weeks, we have spent a lot of time on the topic of commitment. Watching a YouTube video featuring Rick and Dick Hoyt of Team Hoyt - a determined and committed father to his son's desires to compete in triathlons overcoming what most would consider impossible - showed us how and what commitment truly looks like at a very high level.
