Volunteers at Family Outreach Clear Lake/Bay Area have been providing services to families and children for over twenty three years. Our purpose is to help build better families. This is accomplished by offering parenting classes and programs, by empowering children in first and fourth grades by helping them think about ways they can keep themselves safe through a program called "WHO", and by working one-on-one with parents who need encouragement and support.
