REAL ESTATE COURSE REVIEWS OF BOOT CAMP
There are many times when an investor can benefit by attending a real estate boot camp. This is an opportunity to learn directly from an established real estate investor on their area of expertise. Many times you will get to meet and network with the presenter of the boot camp. Also, you will meet other real estate investors like yourself and hopefully in your area to network with as well.
The dynamic of a real estate boot camp is many times an experience like no other. One can truly benefit from the direct contact with other like minded individuals. Sometimes the information that is taught in somewhat of a crash course format is still more useful than reading many books on the same subject. A real estate boot camp is usually a 1-3 day event in which there is a focus on a specific area of real estate investing.
Whether its residential, commercial, mobile homes, rehabbing, subject to or any of the many different real estate niches out there the focus on this topic is the key. We all have questions from time to time especially if we are venturing into a new area of real estate we've never worked before.
How's does one know if a real estate boot camp might be for them versus a home study program. The answer is really a function of each of us as a person. Only I know what what the best method for me to learn will be because I know if I have experienced success using one type of learning instead of another. In either case you will want to do your research to make sure the investment you make into your real estate education is in line with your goals in the long run.
For those of you looking for more information on real estate boot camps, courses, books, or training you might find this blog interesting. It's a list of authors and their real estate boot camps and home study courses with comments and feedback from other real estate investors. I have it bookmarked as a favorite since the list is so comprehensive and seems to be very up to date.
