A new sign in the neighborhood!

We put a sign on a new listing yesterday morning. In our business, getting new listings is life blood. Without them we are basically out of business! Naturally we are thrilled to have something new to work with.

Some listings are fun to work with and some are just plain difficult!

The current listing has been redecorated. It has new kitchen appliances, sink, faucet, light fixture, laminate wood floors, granite tile counters, custom moldings, built in microwave shelf, glass tile backsplash, and built in wine rack.
