The Humble Area Chamber is gearing up for their 4th Annual Ladies' Night Out - dubbed Derby Divas. This event has been a huge success each year with its evening of pampering, shopping and indulgences. Mark this date on your calendar.

Humble Civic Center - Thursday October 8, 2009 - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

The list of fun this year includes: Live Music, Horseracing Games, Silent Auction, Derby Hat Contest, Calendar Fireman Appearance, Raffle, Buffet, Cocktails, Shopping, Pampering & the Crowning of a Queen for the Year.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Women Helping Women College Endowment Fund at Lone Star College-Kingwood. This fund helps mature women who have not been able to attend or finish college due to personal events in their lives. Many are just trying to improve their life as a single parent.
