The Kelliwood Real Estate Update

UNBELIEVABLE!!! is the only way to describe the current real estate market. As of this writing in late February there were 26 homes in Kelliwood that either closed in February or that were contract pending and 58 for sale. That indicates the lowest monthly inventory, 2.23 months, the Kelliwood neighborhoods have seen in over 17 years! Of course some homes are not selling, and there is always a reason for that.

The KISD high school rezoning is a done deal. Below are the Kelliwood neighborhoods that will be switched from Cinco Ranch HS to Taylor HS, with some grandfathering features that can be found at KISD.org. Kelliwood Enclave, Kelliwood Gardens, Kelliwood Lakes, Kelliwood Place, Kelliwood Trails, Kelliwood Pointe, Kelliwood Terrace, Lakes of Buckingham Kelliwood and Lakeforest of Kelliwood. The following Kelliwood neighborhoods will be switched from Seven Lakes HS to Cinco Ranch HS: Fairways at Kelliwood, Kelliwood Greens and Kelliwood Parc.
