Last year you may remember that I wrote an article posted in Absolutely Katy about WoodCreek Reserve. This neighborhood is one of my absolute favorites. The great news is that homes in the custom home section are really starting to move. In the last few months homes have went under contract priced between $350,000 and $1,000,000.

This is great news for the neighborhood.
