- Will try and work out an amiable solution if tenant is late with rent payment so long as they are not late on a regular basis;
- Will post an eviction notice about the 12th day of the month if payment is not received by then
How will Sold Team Property Management handle maintenance requests:
- Tenant's may contact us directly via email or telephone;
- Once we receive the request we will contact the tenant's for any needed clarification to determine exact nature of the problem before we send a technician;
- Most repairs can be handled in 1 - 3 days, except in an emergency situation where we will try and get someone out within 24 to 48 hours i.e. air condition, heat, etc.);
- We have a list of vendors that we use that are reliable and honest and usually charge between $45.00 to $75.00 per hour depending upon the job at hand (this does not include materials required for the job);
- Our technicians will provide estimates prior to any work being approved
